Debbie Vanderlaan was born in Denton, Texas. She has resided in Denton County her entire life and is the third generation Denton County resident. Debbie began her real estate career in 1978 acquiring her Broker’s license in 1980. She has also held the position of Escrow Officer in the title business. Debbie volunteers in the Denton community most recently as President of Denton Benefit League and now holds the office of Past President.

Debbie is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Denton.
